Sicra has hired mental coach Mia Merethe Skriver Haukås as Chief People Officer (CPO) to secure and use the unique Sicra culture as a competitive advantage as they grow significantly in the future.
Last fall, Sicra got Credo Partners as the main owner. Going forward, the plan is for Sicra to hire many talented people. It is important that the unique, good culture in Sicra is maintained. Sicra aims to use culture as a strategic tool in a time when the competition for the best IT security minds is becoming increasingly tough.
– From 2016 to 2025, approximate no one chose to leave Sicra for good. This is unique in an industry with high turnover and particularly high demand for IT security expertise. We want to retain both our culture and the people we hire. Therefore, we are appointing Mia as CPO, says Stig Valderhaug, CEO of Sicra.
The Sicra culture delivers brilliant results
Mia Haukås has over 25 years of experience coaching employees and leaders. She has worked with companies such as IKEA, Burger King, Plantasjen, Bilfinger, and has advised Sicra since its inception nine years ago. Her goal is to show the business world that 'culture as strategy' is the foundation that creates truly great results.
– I started Tipping Point Methodology (TPM) 25 years ago. The dream was to create brilliant work environments that delivered brilliant results. I bring this into Sicra as CPO, in addition to my experiences as an advisor and coach at Sicra for several years, says Mia Haukås.
– As a consultant from the start, Mia has helped build our unique culture, which has given us a competitive advantage in the job market. We are so fortunate that talented people actually knock on our door because they want to work here, says Stig Valderhaug.
As CPO, Haukås will ensure that the unique Sicra culture does not disappear even if Sicra doubles the number of employees in a short time. She has just started as CPO at Sicra. In addition, she continues to run the TPM school.
