You originally come from Bluetree, which has recently merged with Sicra. What are your thoughts on the merger, and what are your expectations for the transition from Bluetree to Sicra?

It feels incredibly exciting, and I believe we will strengthen each other in several areas. We have already started working more closely across NOC and SOC, and we are seeing significant benefits from this collaboration.

What do you work with, and which technologies do you use in your role today?

I lead Bluetree’s operations department and am responsible for project management and operational delivery. Most of my day-to-day work involves networking technologies such as routing, switching, and firewalls, as well as some work with servers and virtualization. We are a Cisco Gold Partner, so that's naturally what we work the most with, although many of our customers also use solutions from other vendors.

What does a typical workday look like for you?

I spend a lot of time communicating with customer stakeholders, particularly in connection with projects and operational matters. I continuously look for opportunities to create added value for customers and improve internal efficiency, and I also contribute as a senior technical resource when needed.

What motivates you at work? What do you find most rewarding?

My main motivation is having satisfied customers who provide positive feedback. In that context, using technology to deliver solid products and solutions that make customers choose us again and again is especially rewarding.

What are you most looking forward to in the time ahead?

Longer days and spending more time outdoors in the evenings.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love being outdoors and staying active. I run regularly and spend a lot of time skiing during the winter.
