What is hash?
A hash is a cryptographic function that converts data into a fixed-length string.
Think of a hash as a digital fingerprint. Just like a fingerprint is unique to each person, a hash is unique to each dataset. If you change even a small part of the data, the hash value changes completely, just like a fingerprint would be different if you had a small injury on your finger.
Sicra and hash
Sicra helps organizations implement secure hash functions to protect data. This includes using strong cryptographic algorithms and monitoring systems to prevent attacks that exploit weak hash functions.
