Why did you choose Sicra?
At Sicra, I envision being able to work much more broadly than I have on other assignments, meaning I can use more of my wide-ranging expertise. The fact that Sicra is in a growth phase is also very interesting to be a part of.
What technologies do you work with?
I work more across value chains and processes in companies rather than with a specific technology. I have been working with security since the early 90s and have experience from companies such as the Armed Forces, DNB, Telenor, EY, and Sopra Steria. I have worked with security in both the public and private sectors.
What does a typical workday look like for you – or how do you think it will look at Sicra?
After some time, I hope there will be several clients with different needs to be addressed. It will be exciting to see how multiple assignments will be handled in parallel.
What do you consider success in your field and why?
Customer understanding and understanding of the threat landscape. Being able to listen to the customer is very important to be a good advisor. But also having the knowledge of how we at Sicra can put together solutions for the customer.
What drives you at work and in your role, what is fun?
New challenges and learning something new through them! I am fortunate that at the age of 58, I am still building my CV.
