– Although it has been pleasant on the ground, I would like to move more towards the cloud.

– Operations can be meaningful, but there is something special about being able to build new and better solutions for the customer.

– I won't deny that I enjoy having a good chat with colleagues. It creates a good foundation for collaboration.
Odd Arild works methodically and handles hectic work situations well.
– At the same time, I prefer work situations where you have the opportunity to work a bit more controlled. Running around like crazy is not something I strive for.
He has strong analytical skills and is often an ace up Sicra's sleeve when difficult challenges arise in complex environments.
– I like solving these challenges as a team with other skilled consultants. It's when we collaborate that we become a complete deck of cards.
In his free time, he lives in a reasonably sized house in Askim with woods and fauna, together with his wife Wenche and two daughters.
– It's like living in a zoo at times. The deer often visit. Occasionally, the king of the forest shows up.
