Role at Sicra
Nanna is temporarily assigned from Amby, and at Sicra, she is primarily responsible for managing all operational recruitment, process improvement, and structuring of recruitment processes.
– Operational recruitment means in practice that I am responsible for all recruitment processes. This means that I set up and manage the entire process from A to Z.
– I handle everything from creating templates, setting up guides, to pitching Sicra to exciting candidates.
In addition, she assists Felix with infrastructure around internal processes.
– It's about creating, enabling, and making internal HR and recruitment processes accessible.
Education and experience
Nanna has a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology from the University of Oslo.
– Psychometrics has interested me since I had statistics and methodology in my bachelor's. Especially predictive validity and reliability around selection methods fascinated me. Something I also wrote about in my bachelor's thesis.
After her bachelor's, Nanna took a master's degree in leadership and organizational psychology at BI Norwegian Business School.
– At the master's level, I took a slightly different and perhaps unexpected path when I wrote my master's thesis. We analyzed various companies within three different industries to map whether GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) contributed to more or less transparent reporting of environmental measures or just greenwashing.
– What we saw was that GRI alone did not lead to more neutral reporting.
– Our supervisor continued our work, and the master's thesis was recently published in the European Management Journal. Which, of course, is very exciting!
In addition to her education, Nanna has three years of experience from Amby with everything from recruitment to HR.
– During that time, I worked as an internal recruiter at Amby and have hired many of my current colleagues.
– After that, I became a consultant and have worked with Handelsbanken, Fremtind, and Arkwright.
Hobbies
In her free time, Nanna enjoys bouldering, hiking, traveling, and being at sea.
– Bouldering is a lot of fun, even though I'm not particularly good at it. It's an incredibly cool mix of physical and mental training. Additionally, it's a source of enormous frustration and mastery.
She also likes to read, play board games, game, and eat delicious food!
– Within our group, we are very fond of Terraforming Mars! It's a quite entertaining board game where you are capitalists making Mars habitable.
