The way Sicra was presented to me in terms of work methods, focus, people, and especially the future prospects, was crucial for my decision to join the team.
Afterwards, many have also told me extremely positive things about Sicra, which supports my own impression.
I have previously worked with a wide range of technology providers, such as Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Zscaler, and Cribl, and I like to have an agnostic approach to technology.
I have worked with cybersecurity since 2017, first for 4 years as Information Security Manager at Bisnode/D&B, then for 3.5 years as Key Account Manager at Orange Cyberdefense.
The agnostic approach is mainly based on starting with the customer's specific challenges and consulting experts before making a recommendation.
A workday for me always starts with coffee. First, I handle any backlog, then read and respond to emails as needed. After that, I contact the consultants involved in ongoing projects.
Throughout the day, I work with customer contact and ongoing or future projects. Often, I also have a small evening session to clear my head and tidy up the "desk" for the next day, if required.
Understanding the customer's challenges or desires, finding the right people for the task, and setting a progress plan together with the customer to ensure the best possible solution.
I also want to emphasize that correct sales involve offering what the customer needs, not overselling as I have seen tendencies to do before. My experience is that the former builds significantly better and longer relationships with the customer.
Working together with others towards a goal and finding the right solutions for the project and/or customer. Simply put, succeeding as a team.
I think I have to say that for 10 out of 12 months, it's the Viaplay app, which lets me follow the Premier League wherever I am.
The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know (Albert Einstein)
I am a loyal listener of Radioresepsjonen/Papaya. It's simple and straightforward humor that correlates well with my age. I've followed it for years, so I keep up with all the callbacks and so on.
I am a devoted Arsenal fan. I also run marathons but often forget to train before the start!

Norwegian vacation or foreign vacation?
This is an impossible choice, but if my life depended on it, I would probably choose the homeland.
