He has maintained his expertise in Microsoft's program portfolio by completing several expert certifications, including Enterprise and Cybersecurity Architect.
He is focused on ensuring that solutions are user-friendly yet secure. Kent believes that if the user has to click more than twice, the customer has clicked one click too many.
