Why did you choose Sicra?
I came into contact with Sicra through Credo as I have previously had interim roles at another company they own. When I heard more about the company, I got a very good impression of the company and its future plans. I thrive in roles where structures and routines need to be established in the financial area to ensure good corporate governance.
What technologies do you work with?
Office, especially Excel and Power BI 😊
What does a typical workday look like for you – or how do you think it will look at Sicra?
I work only 40% for Sicra, so a typical day involves getting a quick overview of the financial area. Then, a lot of time is spent setting up structures so that we can measure the financial development in various areas in the long term. Among other things, we have created a departmental structure to ensure that the management team gets better insight into the finances of their areas. The goal is to automate as much as possible so that we get better insights without spending a lot of time on internal processes.
What do you consider success in what you do and why?
Having broad competence in the financial area and being curious about the business. Then it is important to be analytical to understand how things are connected and contribute to creating added value.
What drives you at work and in your role, what is fun?
It is important that things happen and that I get challenges in various areas. On the financial side, there are some routine tasks, so for me, it is important that routine tasks can be done as efficiently as possible so that I can spend time on analysis and development.
Which app do you use the most, and why?
