Role at Sicra
Felix is hired from Amby as the HR Manager for Sicra.
– At Sicra, I am responsible for overseeing internal systems. The goal of these systems is to make the flow of information more efficient among the employees at Sicra.
The purpose of the HR function at Sicra is to support recruitment, good on- and offboarding, and oversee systems that handle payroll and insurance.
– It saves time and allows the people at Sicra to focus on what they are good at.
Education and experience
Felix has a master's degree in organizational psychology and management from BI Norwegian Business School.
– I wrote my master's thesis on how fast-growing companies can and should work with pre- and onboarding, and the pitfalls they typically encounter.
– What we see is that the focus in fast-growing companies is on growth, and only growth, and that a good integration process is not prioritized to the same extent.
– This can lead to new employees feeling uncertain and not integrating effectively into the company, and in the worst case, people leaving.
In addition, he has officer training from the military and has worked in several positions in the military.
– The military has its own culture and camaraderie that you don't find elsewhere. I think most people who have been in the military are familiar with this.
For the past five years, he has worked with HR and recruitment at Amby.
– I have worked in everything from large corporations like Coop and Wilhelmsen to small tech startups like Zaptec and Deepinsight.
Outdoor life
In his free time, he thrives best when he is physically active.
– I enjoy an active lifestyle, preferably outdoors. In the summer, I enjoy sailing and jogging, while in the winter, I take out my skis.
He also walks his dog Emil in the forest all year round.
– He is an eccentric Eurasier, but a great companion to have on walks.
